Picture Perfect Friday ~ Sentimental Shots ~

Welcome to Picture Perfect Friday

Because of the end of Multiply
(as we know it)
I've been going through my blogs and photos
deleting some and saving others
and in doing so I've cried many tears
laughed, sighed, remembered
and found pictures that were technically not so great
but truly I've been reminded
the best pictures cannot always be judged by their
equipment, lighting,skill, or technical expertise.
It isn't always perfection of shotbut the heart of the photographer or the eye of the beholder that finds beauty.
This week I'm asking to see your favorite

"Sentimental Shots"

~o0o~

It's Cherie hosting this week
My sentimental shot was taken out the window on a drive along the shore with Johnoh and LindaO.  It was at the end of one of the most perfect days of my life.  The day John and Linda first met in person. The beginning of a beautiful love story and a lifelong friendship. I remember the laughter and all of us squished up in my very small car.  The picture was taken with my little pink camera that Linda brought me for my birthday.  It was clicked from a moving vehicle at sunset and the ocean was so much more beautiful than my camera could capture at the time.  Despite the obvious issues with the picture it still has the power to make me smile through the tears today.
This place.... PPF and Multiply has touched so many lives.
For that I will always be grateful to have been here to experience it all.

Our lives touch as the waves on the shore
Receding again only to touch once more

Our lives touch as stars in the sky
Unseen in the daytime never goodbye

Our lives touch as rays from the sun
As it sets here today somewhere tomorrow’s begun
Infinite
